The settings page is where admins can update your company details and turn on different features.

Billing #

The settings page has a link to the Stripe dashboard where you can pause, cancel, or upgrade your Sonra subscription.

Company name #

You can update your company name here. This is shown in invoices.

You can upload your company logo here. This is shown in invoices.

Payee bank details #

The bank, account name, account number, and address details here are used in invoices.

Invoice template #

Select between the provided invoice templates for rendered invoices.

Tax rate (percentage) #

Set the default tax rate applied to your invoices.

Send email to customer when publishing invoices #

Sonra can send your customers emails to web views of their invoices. If this box is checked, these emails are sent when you press publish on an invoice. If not, you need to handle this separately.

Add new activity type #

Here you can add new activity types for work logging if you want to customise how your users are logging their hours beyond the default presets.
