User management #

User management is where you can handle your people in Sonra. You can add new users, give them admin access, or update their billable rates to be used in invoicing.

Adding a user #

Enter a user’s email and press Add. Their email will appear in a list below. When you have added all users you wish, press the Invite users button. Welcome emails will then be sent to each of the users prompting them to create their Sonra account.

Billable rates #

From user management, you can update a user’s billable rate. This is set from a given time, and runs to the present.

Admin users #

Admin users can see more parts of Sonra than regular users. They have access to invoicing, can see the admin dashboard, customer details, and have the ability to add new users to your Sonra account.

Invites #

Pending invites will be listed below your current users.
